I studied Seven Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu for six years. But it was only here in the Chuanzhen Martial Arts Institute that I understood the meaning of martial arts. From all my experiences regarding my martial arts training the time here in Wudang was the most profound. I experience an authentic flair of Kung Fu here in the Wudang Mountains.
